The DSX is a flat bar gravel bike based on our Gestalt X dropbar platform with Series 3 and Series 2 aluminum frames and carbon forks with large tire clearance, low standover, hydraulic disc brakes, and 1x drivetrains with the comfort and heads up positioning of a flat handlebar. Mountain bike sensibilities in a flat bar package capable of fast commutes, long Saturday adventures spanning pavement and light singletrack, and all-day gravel events.

The Marin DSX is everything we want from a modern, flat-bar gravel bike. Zippy aluminum frames, carbon forks, heaps of tire clearance, low standover, dropper post compatibility, and a whole load of options for bags and fenders. Based around the Gestalt X drop-bar, we made the DSX to feel like an MTB but still cut it on all of those adventures that would normally demand curly bars. The top offering in the DSX rigid fork lineup, the new addition to the line is built around the same Series 3 frames and carbon fork as the DSX 2, but with SRAM's wide-range Apex 1 x 12-speed drivetrain and DB-300 hydraulic disc brakes and Vee Tire's Rocketman tires, which offer a bit more bite. URBAN WARRIOR The Marin Larkspur has all the looks of an old-school step-through but with chunky tanwall tires, wide rims, powerful disk brakes and the option of a dropper seat post. Beneath those old-school looks is a super modern and Marin Bikes-made steel frame and plenty of today’s standards to keep it right up to date. The Marin Larkspur 1 is built around a Series 2 butted CrMo step-through frame, a curved CrMo fork and 27.5” wheels. It has high volume 2.35” Vee Tire Co tires, a microSHIFT 10-speed drivetrain, Tektro hydraulic brakes and plenty of reliable Marin components to complete the package. STEEL FRAME - Larkspur models feature butted Series 2 frames with a mixte step thru design for easy mounting and dismounting, even with baskets and baby seats. WIDE-RANGE 1X DRIVETRAINS - Both Larkspur models are built around modern, wide-range drivetrains, 10-speed on the Larkspur 1 and 11-speed on the Larkspur 2. These drivetrains are stout and have all the gearing most anyone could use, without relying on sometimes-fussy front derailleurs. Clutch-type rear derailleurs and narrow-wide front chainrings keep the chain on track, all the time. DISC BRAKES - Hydraulic disc brakes provide smooth, controlled stopping in all conditions with minimal maintenance.

The most affordable model in the family, the Nicasio 1 is built around a smooth-riding and stylish Steezy double-butted CrMo frame and fork and zippy 700C wheels, with room for up to 45mm tires. We’ve specced a 2x8-speed Shimano Claris drivetrain, wide WTB rubber, powerful Tektro mechanical discs and plenty of Marin components.

The Stinson low-step 2 marries the comfortable and efficient package we've all come to expect from the Stinson range, but brings an all new level of accessibility and comfort. Built around our lightweight series 1 aluminum frame, super-agile 27.5 inch wheels and all the rack, fender and kickstand mounts you could ever need, there's never been a better way to explore.
